Hubby insisted on cooking fried Swai fish today, could I deny it??? Of course not. Instead of indulging in multiple fillets and loads of baked beans, I decided to eat a small portion of each balancing that with a salad. Check out the photos below.

I neglected to share my worst day of my healthy living journey this past weekend. I had my first opportunity to eat out, and failed ridiculously. The good side to this disaster was learning that Applebee's offer calorie friendly meals. Had I just stuck to my initial choice, I would have been fine.
