Today was a good day...so far ( Dinner reservations tonight, trying to "save the calories")

Breakfast was on the go as usual, just a boiled egg white, and a piece of beef boiling in the crockpot.

I decided to work out during lunch, knowing that I would not have time to tonight. Immediately after working out, I ate half an orange and half a can of soup (discarding the broth to decrease the sodium intake.).

I grabbed a green tea on the way out to help with maintaining my metabolism throughout the day.
